OK Guys.....here is the hotel stuff. I've been working with a hotel for special rates.

The Saxony

$65.00 per night (which is unheard of) Most hotels in the area charge well over $150.00 per night this time of year.

All reservations have to be made through me. If you call the hotel yourself...they will not give you the rate. They won't even know what you are talking about. We are friends with the owner of the hotel and he wants me to call him with all the names and reservation info. The only catch to this hotel is that it is a Kosher hotel. That means you must check in before sunset Friday 3/22/02 or after sunset Saturday 3/23/02. If you are unable to check in at this time then you need to let me know, so that I can get your keys for you ahead of time and check in for you. Otherwise you are free to use any of the other hotels previously mentioned on this thread....but yes, they will cost you your first born.

The Saxony is right on the Ocean, less than a mile away from my Karate school, which is where the seminar is to be held.

I have had several e-mail requests for pre-registration forms. It looks like we are going to have quite a group.

This Sunday at 10:30 am I am having a Gunting Group at the school. If you want to come....you can if you have Gunting Trainers and have attended at least ONE Bram seminar. We are just getting together and I will go over some GUNTING techniques with you guys. It's a very small group this time, only about 4-6 people. Lots of individual attention. We will have this Gunting Group training session the last SUNDAY of every month. at 10:30 am, for an hour or two.

Hello from Japan,

I hear all this talk of training with CSSD and the Gunting, and I think DAMMIT! I wish I were there! But training does continue here in Japan, and soon to be several other places as well, it's made quite an impression (literally in many cases) on the Marines and several other bad tempered types over here. Lots of work and little sleep. The Gunting is serving VERY well and is well respected by both bad and good. Unfortunatly (something I told myself I would never do with my numbered series knife) I've had to rely on it to take on a full work load, not a single problem yet. Pics of the Gunting in action to come....

Geez, I miss you!!! Japan huh? I've always wanted to go to Japan. I hope everything is going good for you. You are truly missed by all of us. Keep that Gunting with you all the time. I'm glad it is making such an impression on all the Marines......(but we knew it would).

:mad: I'm not sorry. Any jerk who comes into my school and tries to punch me in the face deserves what he gets. Yeah, sure I will give you lessons (the person Bram previously mentioned needs them), but you will feel some swift and painful justice if you try anything like that again.

People who want to come to the seminar.....You really need to send those pre-registration forms in. Get your buns in gear boys....time is running out.

I went by the school last week & PAID!!So Jody nailed a Smart***! Good! People that have never met Jody, allow me to give you a preview! Walk into her school & this tall ,sparkling eyed BLOND gives you a SMILE that lights up the room!You feel like a part of the family,come in & show an attitude,as in ,YOU are "just" a woman,what could YOU show me,result ,"let's play"!!Another way to look at this is,her husband(great guy) is a active Karate player(VERY GOOD)& she has the Black,soooo,wouldn't you scope things out FIRST! Way to go Jody!

When is the "Commandments of Steele"? I think it is June. I am trying to make it, but Summers are busy with our MA Summer Camps. I want to go. We will see.
