Brand New Carbon Fiber Knife with Kydex sheath by Harley Spalinger. The entire knife is made of 1/4" thick Carbon Fiber. The blade is kind of an upswept wharncliffe. Blade length is 4 5/8", blade width is 1 7/8"(!) and blade thickness is 1/4". It features a superb V ground edge down to zero (i.e., without a secondary bevel). It is very sharp. Its tip is very strong. This knife will go through garments and flesh as if they are not even there. Its edge is similar to that of a broken glass. It can inflict very nasty cuts. Its overall length is 9". Thumb grooves offer an ample resting area for the user's thumb.
The handle forms a very effective striking pommel on the butt. On the front it offers a very effective guard that prevents the user's hand from slipping onto the edge. This handle allows the knife to be rotated from a forward fence grip edge down to a reverse grip edge out in a blink of an eye. The weight of this knife is practically negligible.
The knife comes in a very well made kydex sheath that provides superb retention. Also included is a 30" stainless steel mil-spec ball chain for neck carry. Everything about this knife is made in the USA. Even the eyelets in the sheath are made in the USA!
