Brand New custom GKnives, never used, never carried. The pattern is after an English trade knife. The blade length is 4 3/4", 1/8" thick and 1 1/2" wide! Steel is Bohler-Uddeholm N680. It is full flat ground. It has a mirror polished edge. The knife is hair popping sharp! There is jimping on the back of the blade that provides a comfortable thumb rest. The blade pattern forms an underguard which prevents the user's hand from sliding onto the edge. The finish is sandblasted. The maker's mark is deep etched on the blade.
The scales are bookmatched texas mesquite cross cut with superb grainline. The contours will fit into your hand with precision. The wood is stabilized and treated with tung oil to a matte finish. A very comfortable and aggressive knife. It can be used as a hunter's knife, bushcraft, EDC and it also has excellent self defense potential.
The knife comes in a beautiful custom leather sheath made by Charlie Cline. The sheath has been treated with a water and snow proofer to prevent moisture from harming the leather. Furthermore, there is a weep hole at its bottom to allow moisture to escape. This is an extremely solid sheath!
