This is brand new from the HP store. It was given to me as a replacement for my HP that could not be fixed under warranty. The HP folks stood up, did the right thing and gave me a new one. However, due to the nature of my work, I was forced to purchase a replacement while I waited on HP customer service to take care of things. Now I have 2 laptops and only need one, thus the sale. I thought I'd give you guys a chance for a deal here instead of doing the feebay thing.
