Brand New in original package HTM DDR Madd Maxx 5.5 DLC with Carbon Fiber Handle insert. Designed by Darrel Ralph, this is a knife to take to a gunfight! It has a 5.5" long bayonet style blade made of S30V steel. It is coated with an extremely wear resistant DLC (Diamond Like Coating). Blade thickness is ~ .150". The handle length is 6.25". Overall length is 11.625". The knife weights 7.4 oz.
The blade in the open position sports an integral guard to keep the user's hand comfortable, safe & in proper position under all conditions, and grip styles. In the closed position the blade guard doubles as the flipper that opens the knife blade FAST! The blade also has dual thumb studs which make deploying the blade easy.
The handle is made of thick 6al4v titanium frame. There is a super strong frame lock system. Its top side features 3D Machined Carbon fiber insert to provide a non-slip grip. Comes in a DDR padded black nylon pouch.
