Brand New Laconico Slipjoint

I have a brand new & unused Ray Laconico linerless slipjoint.
The blade is about 3.5" of 1095 steel of 1/8th stock, the spring is also 1095.
The handle is black paper micarta.
I am asking $OLD shipped CONUS.
