It comes with the original Busse carton sleeve and an excellent custom black leather sheath made by Dwayne Puckett (AKA "LEATHERMAN"), who is also known through his company "ARMORALLEATHER". Dwayne makes some of the best sheaths out there! The whole package is completely unused and this Active Duty is one of the sharpest Busse knives I have ever received from the Busse factory.
