Well, in my opinion, there are such things as stupid questions. Anything that has been explained before many times, is a stupid question. (I thought there wasn't stupid questions before, too. However, my brother taught me there is. And he is only 14)

I always wondered if the bow drill divot was RC's idea or the SERE instructor's request. I remember RC getting a lot of positive feedback about their TOPS lazar model with the divot in it. I just can't remember if that was before or after the RC-4/6. My guess is it was after the 6...Just curious. I'm a sucker for insignificant historical details like that.
