I had not seen a lanyard with a Hinderer bead on a flashlight until I tied one myself, but I don't take credit for things even when you guys point out I am inspiration for this/that.

In my opinion, the HDS not-so-grippy body should be textured more like they are on the rotary dial. But, even then someone might complain it eats a pocket or blah blah...we use our gear in different ways and in different amounts...it's kinda why an XM fits my needs/wants more than many more-common, mass-produced folding knives.
 
Just picked up 2 bronze anodized titanium beads from a hinderer authorized dealer. The one that handles small parts now. Just sayin.
