Interested in #4. Stated size is 3/8”.I wear a size 13 ring , will #4 fit at least my ring finger.

3/8" is the thickness of the brass that was used. All the holes are 15/16"and most have been sanded to make them about 1".So yes I think #4 would fit you no problem.
 
Thank you for your reply. I realized later that night that it must be the thickness not the diameter of the holes. Feeling kinda dumb for my question…DAH I’ll take #4. Do you do PP?
