Brass knuckles have been illegal in Canada for many years-I think since the 1950s? The trench knives with brass knuckle handles are also illegal.

I don't know of too many places where "brass" knuckles are legal. In fact, I don't know of any.
There are some companies that are attempting to skirt around the issue by producing these weapons by using other materials. . .i.e., hard plastic. I'm sure that LE agencies view them in the same manner as they do "brass" (or some other form of metal) knuckles.
