where can i get some brass strips for a liner for a full tang knife?and would you epoxy brass to tang and wood scales all at once?

I buy on eBay. Just do a search for "brass sheet" or "brass flat". I'm assuming you'd want 1/32" (.031") or 1/16" (.063") of 360 alloy. You also could get it from Jantz or Texas Knife I'm sure. I would epoxy it to my knife first, ream the pin holes again after it's fully cured and then epoxy the scales. Just my method, though.

sometimes things just fly past me im always lookin at ebay and did not give it a thought. thanx for the reply.

I find some good buys on steel, titanium and such on there. I like Shapiro Supply, Online Metal Supply and Trinity Metal Sales (their eBay store names). I've done business with all and they have good prices with fast shipping.

Depending on how thick you want the liner, take a look at bradd door kick plates, etc with all the doorknobs/locks at your local Lowes Home Depot, etc.

Another place for brass and copper sheet....Hobby Lobby and Menards. Lowes also sells it where they have their steel and aluminim stock.
