Has anyone used the horizontal sharpshooter sheath for the Bravo1? How do you like it?

I got one recently, and am not sure, but I think I got a lefty(Im a righty). It carries handle down when worn small of back. I think it should carry handle up..I have been carrying it crossdraw and I am loving it. I am just curious if anyone lese has one, and If they know if I got a lefty. Not a big deal, because I love carrying it crossdraw, just curious.

Overall its a great sheath. Very well made. Its differant. Not really like any other sheath Ive used before. However it caries very securely, and seems to pop the knife out when unsnapped. I have had it out in the woods a few times, and its holding up well. I got the Bravo1 in A2 with black micarta. I had this knife a year or so ago, and traded it off, and have regreted it ever since. It was the first knife I bought off the exchange, and the first higher end fixed blade I ever owned. It was a constant companion for quite a few adventures. So.... I got another one. :o Had to have leather fr it cause im not a fan of the factory kydex. Its nice. Brings back memories of the last one. However, most of you know how nice the Bravo is anyways. ;)

I havent been around here much lately. Weather here has been gorgeous, and Ive been doing alot of mountain biking and hiking. Plus work is nuts, and Ive been trying to fix my truck for a week, my computer took a crap and was out of commision for a couple days among other things..... When it rains it pours eh??

Just wanted to pop in and see if anyone has used this sheath before and say hey....

Oh, and heres some pics of it for those who are unfamiliar...

i cant answer your sheath question, but thanks for the pics, that looks like a really nice knife and sheath. the BRKT's ive handled have all been top notch  good score.

Jake that sheath is designed for cross-draw carry.

It you want to carry in the small of the back you need a lefty.

Dude thats totally wrong bro, and that handle material doesn't go great with your grey teeshirts:barf:.....

Send the set up over here and start over!

Hey jw. Interesting looking sheath. Thanks for posting those pictures. I felt the same way about the factory kydex, at first, but now I wear it upside down, in front of my chest, on a baldric-like cross belt, and the kydex works fine.

I didn't even know you had one of those man, they're neat blades. I played with one once a long time ago, may break down and buy one some day. That does look like a good crossdraw sheath, too. (And pretty unique, that's the first I've seen of that.)

Will its a great blade. It was a really hard choice though. I loved the burlap micarta, and the blaze orange, but in the end I just cant get away from black micarta. I love it.

I cant wait to see the smaller Bravo when it comes out......

Oh, BTW, you have a HUGE box inbound....;)

Right on Jake, nice pictures of a good looking sheath and my favorite knife (down to the black micarta....now I don't feel so alone...:o:D).

I think it says something about a knife when a guy actually goes through the cost and effort to replace it, even after handling quite a few other knives in between:thumbup:.

Haha, thanks Doc  :D

Your Bravo's were actually the first owner pics I saw. I do believe that exact picture was the one that pushed me over the edge eventually.... Basically, you're responsible for this :D:

The one knife purchase I have not regretted in the least! I guess technically it's two...:)
