• Happy Thanksgiving to all of you! I hope that you all have something to be grateful for this year and for many years to come
  • America has reached 250 years, and I am grateful to be here, in the best country in the world. Thank every one of you who helps make this country a better place, those who have gone before and risked it all, and those who've paid the ultimate price to make the United States what we are today.

Happy Birthday America! Let Freedom Ring for all time!

So, awhile back I got a EOD Robotics Breacher Bar with the intention of using it as a cheap knife blank. When I got a hold of it I ended changing my mind. I decided to leave it how it was and just sharpen it up.

What I did was take some fine grit sand paper, a file and three sharpening stones ranging from rough to fine to the blade. Eight hours later, I coated it with a high-tech polycarbonate finish...okay, it was only a can of krylon. Next I wrapped the handle with 550 cord. I'll get to work on the sheath soon, Kydex should work.

The idea was to give it a zero grind and leave the tip chisel cut. This way you can still use it as a prybar (another reason for the krylon, Im not gonna worry about messing up my high dollar finish) and you can use it cut stuff.
