It's a very hard test, very, very hard test for a folder.

I'm surprised how much this thing flexed and how much it took before breaking. Very interesting.

The blade took a small bend and you saw what happened to the handles.

But yes it did flex a lot.

Very interesting, especially considering it has 3/4 length liners.

Someone needs to figure out how much force you're putting out with your hops. :D

That is one tough little folder!I don't think most people would put a folder through even close to that kind of punishment.

That thing is tough! It took a lot to break it. Cool vids Ank. I imagine some guys are throwing hissy fits right about now. :D

Pretty tough little knife it took more than i thought it would. But you really can't expect plastic to hold up very well. I don't care what hitec name they call it, in the end its still plastic and not steel. Cool review though.

The poor knife! I stopped looking at 1.20 :D

Well, would a folder with full steel liners and stiffer handles flex less and break earlier? I do think so.

It's hard to say really.

Well, aren´t there some knives left for testing? :D

I am not breaking anymore like that one unless I get the Manix 2 back from Spyderco or they send me a new one to retest.

I let Noss4 do the knife breaking. ;)

No weight hang? no 90 degree flex test? what kind of a test is this? :p:eek::D

That was impressive, I thought the blade would be the first thing to snap.

The blade was pretty thick and 154cm steel, it did take a slight bend though.

I thought the pivot would have blown out 1st personally, but it was the handles that blew up instead.

That was surprising, I didn't expect to see that part of the knife break. Equally impressive is that the blade only bent.

DO MORE DO MORE :D
