For sale Bird and Trout / Paring knife / Neck Knife!
It's small thinly ground and light weight. It's made of 1/16" thick AEB-L with a RC @ 61. The handle is made of some beautiful vintage quarter-turned natural micarta held on by 3/32" spun/domed stainless pins. The knifes total length is 7" long with a 3" cutting edge. It comes with Kydex case to keep the edge safe in your kitchen drawer or on your neck! $200 SOLD shipped in continental US. PP included​

This knife is actually inspired by a knife my grandmother used as a paring knife. I stretched it out a bit but I really liked the sway back handle shape. Here's a picture of it.
