I just picked this knife up and believe I am only the second owner. Knife looks unused/uncarried and is in almost perfect condition. For the nit picky, there are some tiny verticle marks on the shield and shield side bolster. Additionally there is about a 1/8" section on the blade edge that could use a little touch up (not able to capture it in photos and I bet it came from Bret this way).
This is an absolutely gorgeous knife and I wish I could keep it but I have decided the blade shape just isn't for me. After handling this knife, I know when my name comes up on Bret's list that I will be getting something identical but in a different pattern. In my opinion, this is one of the best slipjoints I have owned. Perfect centering, no play, crazy flush in all positions, excellent snap, has about a 5 or 6 pull. Blade is razor sharp and the grinds are killer. Please PM me with questions.
