  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

Brian Andrews Goodness....

I’m flying out to Afghanistan next week, so my wife is going to mail my Bushcrafter to Talfuche in August for one of his Quad-Carry sheaths…

Isn't that cute - Rock thinks he will be getting this back! Muahahahahahahahah!

p.s. Seriously, this is mostly why I make sheaths for sale - I get to handle SWEET knives in the process.

I wonder if he will notice if I replace it with a Mora?

Work sucked today--guess that's why they call it work--but when I got home Mr Andrews had sent me one of his Snow & Nealley axes, modified by himself, of course. (That was fast.)

Wow, I 'm very pleased with this axe. Has a great feel (outstanding job on the handle Brian). This is the 24" handled version. I think it is going to find a place in my pack--I love it. What a great way to end the day!

Hey Rock - awesome you got to get home and spend some quality time with the family. Stay safe on the deployment buddy. We all need your wisdom and want the stream to continue on!

Great steel there!

Rotte them big Hudson Bay camp axes are lighter than you think aren't they?

Yup, it's a nice light axe. Swings nicely though.

Is there something wrong with me if I've spent the last 10 minutes stroping this axe to shaving sharp? I mean, it is a cutting tool....

You get a convex edge and you just can help but strop it! I'm guilty of doing the same. Believe it or not that Hudson Bay axe is lighter than the 17" fiskars!
