For those that don't know Briggs and Riley products are incredibly durable and essentially guaranteed forever with the company paying to fix any issue (tear, rip, break, whatever) through luggage shops throughout the world. I've had a set of luggage since 1997 that was at the time indestructible, but when stuff wears out or the airlines decide to break something, I drop it off at my local luggage store and they fix it. Been doing that for 20 years.
