New video on grinding false edges.

Whether you are just starting out or are an old pro:), this grinding jig will produce better grinds, faster and with more freehand control than anything you have ever tried.

The USPS has raised their overseas flat rate shipping by 40 percent which makes it financially impractical for us to continue free overseas shipping. We will instead offer 9.95 shipping anywhere in the world. US shipping will still be free.

The Bubble jig, by itself, with a set of degree wedges is $54.95.

The complete grinding system, which includes the Bubble Jig, degree wedges, bevel grinding clamp, allen wrenchs and a basic instruction sheet, is $79.95.

The bevel clamp, made from machine ground 01, is hardened along the griping fingers [60 HRC] to ride along the belt edge, the loop end has been left normalized for full, spring temper, flexibility. It will grip steel stock from under an 1/8 inch to over a 1/4 inch securely.

I need to take a picture/video. Fred. I rigged a thingamabob for my cutting torch.
You take it from there until I post video of it.
A guide for the tip to slide against( 3/4 angle iron) and Uncle Freds bubble rig, clamped up top.... keeping the torch at 22 1/2 degrees or so ... on 3/4 plate ! Fantabulous.

Tilaran, :) I use the BJ for a lot of different things other than grinding blades but I'd not thought of this one. Made me smile though, I can see this working well to keep the burn line at the correct angle. PM me or let me know if you get video or pics I'd like to see this in action.

Thanks for the post, Fred

Dang,

I wish mine was orange! I'm always "misplacing" mine right in front of my face. :D

:) An orange one is just a click away; two of them are really useful.
