I won a rather expensive OTF knife on an auction which broke on me shortly after I told the seller everything was fine. A forum buddy, (LaBella) told me to send it to Robert at The Bright Edge. Robert called me, was super-nice and repaired my knife and shipped it back to me free of charge even though it didn't even come from The Bright Edge. He even cannibalized parts from one of his knives so I didn't have to wait for parts from the factory. Just out of the goodness of his heart. I was super-impressed with the way the guy treated me. He's a shining example of the word "community". Big thumbs up for Robert Bartoli!:thumbup:
