Brightest LED light?

I'm lookin to get a new LED light for my key chain. I'm really interested in the Arc Flashlight. What I wanna know is the absolute brightest color they make. Does anybody have one? Tell me about the quality and actual use.

I think the color is personal choice. I prefer white so I can see colors correctly. Supposedly the cyan puts out the most CP, and is still pretty good at color recoginition. I like the Arc becasue it stays pretty stable, light output wise, over the whole battery life. The Arc also uses a standard AAA battery which makes the light cheaper to run then a Photon (but more then an Infinity). It is also very simple to change the battery.

In almost any LED flashlight, you'll find the blue or blue-green colors to be the brightest, followed by white, assuming they're not overdriven.
