Does anyone else care to see another run of this very useful woods knife in a LE?

A new thin INFI -SHBA LE !

For those of you who haven't handled one, you don't know what your missing!
I'd describe it as this and say it is like a smaller version of the ASH but with a better handle. Perfect woods knife.

Anyone?? Busse is listening and brings what we ask for!

I'd go for one in satin and maybe make it a little thinner at .19"?

That would be pretty sweet!

Maybe that will end up being one of the knives in the competition they have going on.

I would like to see it re-released with the same specs as the original, smooth bolts and everything.
 
A perfect candidate for the Busse Old School Series re-release in INFI with smooth bolts or hollow rivets. It's relatively small (for a Busse) so I'd be wild about anything from 3/16" up to 5/16". I'd even buy an LE or two. Just bring it back Jerry. OK?

I've never handled one either but it is a great design for a smaller woods/field knife for hunting and such. I'd say 3/16 would be about right with a convex edge. Yeah I'd have to have one or two of them with smooth bolts. :thumbup::thumbup:
 
Was there ever a SHBALE??? Ya know... Keeping true to his word about never re-releasing a version of a model without change; just like with the SFNOLE, if there wasn't an LE version then Jerry could still choose to offer one...or am I just drowning in wishful thinking??? :D:D
 
Don't know about the Le version, but count me in. Black Paper Smooth Bolt LE Ohhhh!!! :D
 
I've been calling for shrunken version of the ASH-1 for a while. Call it what you will, just BRING IT!!!
 
Of the Busse knives I've departed with.. this is the one I miss the most. .25 original solid bolt A2 steel Busse. I would love to see Jerry do a remake of this one.. same design and size, just upgrade the option preferences. Can you picture it with Black paper on Satin? I might be time for a SHBA death chant! "it worked on the SFNO" :-)

Can I ever! I'm with JAXX, an SHBA LE is what we need. In satin/black paper of course.:thumbup:;)
 
Smooth bolts yes. Original thickness NOOOOOOO.

We've got enough sharpened prybars - give us an EDC that's actually designed for cutting stuff :thumbup:
