Most of my collection has already been posted in other threads.
I was thinking of putting them all together for a family portrait.

Easy for me, I never have bought a knife and not used it (assuming I didn't sell it quickly)

How about chewing gum? Blow bubbles & chew, keep the mouth busy on something other han cigarettes?

Never quite broke down to rolling my own. Think the worst I ever broke down to were Pall Mall full flavor:barf: s

Anyone else get pulled from their chair from Dave's MAJOR SUCKAGE

You are a fluggin' pig (Hog once is Oinkficial) :D:cool:

The problem is I don't want to quit. I love the feeling of smoke in my lungs, that sweet taste, that ever so satisfying exhale after a good steak dinner. I am quiting because I need to improve my health. I chose to begin the quitting process so I can hunt without problems, to live life without an oxygen tank.

But I lovvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvve smoking. May have to go hit that cuban. :D

That and marlboro reds are going for $6.00 to $6.59 a pack up here and the prices are going to keep going up.

$6 a day x 365 = Almost 4 AK-47's or 4 FBM's each year

I've quit twice (successfully). Smoking just became too much monetarily and was really taking its toll on my health. I could hardly walk around without feeling my chest pound. The first time cold turkey and it lasted three years. The second time went much easier with the nicotrol inhaler. I would go outside to my usual smoking spot and puff the inhaler when I felt that I was about to kill somebody. Tastes much different that a cigarette, but it gave me almost the same burn in my lungs that I liked so much. It's been probably three years or so now.

In the end, I've found that to quit I would just have to make the decision to do it and not second guess myself partway through. Stick by your guns if you do decide to quit.

A little sidenote...Possibly the only "quit smoking" ad that didn't immediately tick me off and actually helped a little was a banner on the side of a city bus. It had a statistic that said that on average, it takes 8 tries before someone successfully quits smoking. This kept me from hating myself when I had my little failures. Instead, I would just try again.

Keep at it, bro!

Yeah, I know it takes atleast 7 major attempts to quit. In the past 2 months, this is attempt number 3:rolleyes:

And now, I'm being told that they have upped the nicotine in cigs to keep people addicted. I would try the gum, but all I hear from people that do that is that they are now addicted to the gum and that crap is expensive.

Just took a few drags off my pipe (Filled with roll your own). Lungs hurt a little, but don't feel the craving as bad. The pipe is a nice briar that goes for around $500 that I recieved for remembering a fine man I worked for. He smoked since he was 8 and lived to be 90 or so. Passed away a couple octobers ago. :(

When I smoked, I would smoke cigars (Ashton's, Khurka's, Pyramid #9's, Legal Cubans, Cubans), pipe tobacco (Captain Black, Pete's Blend (Exclusive to Pete's Tobacco where I used to work), Golden Cavendish for strength), Marlboro Red's or Peter Stokeby's Amsterdam with no filter via a tops roller with Tops paper.

Now I'm eating more sweets that Sally Struthers in Willy Wonka's factory :( I'm 6'2, 150lbs with clothes on. I need to start excersizing, but am lazy. I need to eat better, but am trying to get out of debt.

Aside from that, life is slowly turning around over the years :)

Don't pipe it KAAK. You just got resist temptation and suck it up for a couple days. It is gonna suck balls but, you gotta do it.

I'm thinking about a balisong to help curb the hand problem. Meaning, I'm so used to having a cig between my fingers.

But Busse ain't gonna make a bali till the folder is out, if ever :(
