British Sheffield clasp knife

The pattern has been standard issue in the British Army from perhaps the Boer War but definitely WW1.
I have my uncle's Royal Engineers 1950 issue with black plastic handles and a 'Church Key' opener.

Where did the OP find the knife shown with the British Ministry of Defense mark?

Yeah no worries, and thanks for bringing this up. I was actually carrying my SAK until you posted this thread and reminded me of this great folder. Today I carried it again and I must say it's really a great clasp knife. Heavy and strong!

I think I will be sticking with this one from now. The Wenger SAK goes back into my BOB.

Here's a photo I took of it when I bought it, from KIWI disposals on K road in Auckland.
