BRK&T Bravo1 Full Kit

That is an awesome set-up. Thanks, I just got my wish list down to 8 knives and now I have to add another.

Tell me about it. I had my list at around 10 knives, but that Bravo-1 kit made me check out the Bark River site and now my list is at 16.

Good thing I have no money to spend at the moment :p

Great set up. I presume you have to call in to inquire about the kit.

Nope just buy the items from any of the bark river Dealers... DLT, being one of many good ones. I got all my parts of the shelf.

Its interesting that this setup strikes a cord with many folks.

I have been searching the DLT site for this set up, but can only see the sheath that carries the fire stick and the Bravo1 - not the skinner as well.

The skinner comes with a small sheath designed to bolt directly to the leather bravo one sheath.

Just Buy: A bravo-1 a Bravo-1 sheath, the Miro-canadian 11 and the fire stick.

Then put it all together. EASY as pie

That explains it! Thanks!

Do any of the other small BRKT knives' sheaths fasten onto the Bravo-1 sheath or is it just the Micro Canadian?

Nice setup justabuyer & never.to.sharp.

One question about the Bravo: does the thumb ramp not get in the way during use?

All the knives that have riveted sheaths have a 3" space, so any of them are compatible.

The thumb ramp isn't too large. It's enough for traction, but the hand rides comfortably over it when you need to choke up on the blade.

Thanks for the info. I'm looking at buying a Bark River, and chances are great that it's going to be a Bravo.

You won;t be dissapointed with the Bravo-1. It's a beast, albeit a manageable one. Either the mikro-Canadian or even the mini-Canadian (slightly larger) would be good companions.

You can't go wrong with DLT either..... they have in stock what they say they have, and they'll always reply to your email questions. There are probably other good Barkie dealers out there (Knives SHip Free always gets good reviews), but I'm partial to DLT.

The Bravo-1 is an incredibly good feeling/handling knife, given its mass/size. Haven't heard of too many dissapointed people, which includes myself.:D

The Bravos are very well designed. If you don't like the thumb ramp (I suggest you try it first...) BRKT will take it off for you at no charge.

A work of art....beautiful...

I was already planning on ordering a Bravo-1....you just gave me a better purchase pack. LOL
