while im using the money for my bravo-1, within 3 months ill have enough money to purchase another barkie, cause im using the money for back up sheaths, firesteel, BRKT convex sharpener and of course the bravo-1. so ill need 3 months to save up for my EDC barkie, heh do i have a right to call them barkies i havent owned a single one, but somehow know i will love them.
i really like that PSK but since its 2007, im worried they might not still be in production, how much longer do i have, and which would make a better EDC for simple cutting task to fine whittling work.

i have them both. the PSK fits in my hand very comfortably. my mikro is a tad too small so i carry a lil'creek now

not to confuse you or anything

you didnt at all, that makes all the difference in the world. i think ill get a psk, but what i was most wondering was if they were still in production, and if so how much time do i have left.

Thanks for your time

i have the mikro canadia @ work if you want a comparison shot (but i dont go back tll tuesday)

looks like ill be picking up my psk within 3 months, or as soon as possible, now my main concern is if they are still in production, and if so how much time do i have left till BRKT stops making them

They are still in production and I don't think they're going anywhere soon if you'reer truly concerned get the phone # off the webstie and give them a call they are real friendly over there.

I have a Mikro 2 and a PSK.

I think the PSK looks nicer but the longer handle on the Mikro 2 seems to give it a bit more control and makes it more of a user

I have about 4 or 5 Mikro-Cs, and one PSK.

You can probably figure out which I like better! :D

I've paired up the PSK with my Bravo-1. Works great! I also have a Mikro paired up with an Aurora , a Little Creek (McKnight Grind) paired up with my Canadian Special, and a Pro Scalpel paired up with my Northstar.

IMO, you can't go wrong with any of the smaller Barkies. But the PSK is a great one to start out with!!!
