I commissioned this one from David back in 2001, but it is time for something new.
Specs:

* Blade: Nick Smolen twist damascus, 4.5" long. The 1/2" closest to the guard is carved and stippled, as is the entire spine.
* Guard: Phospher Bronze half guard, lightly carved and patinaed. The joint with the blade is perfect, no gaps and he didn't solder for it!
* Handle: Stabilized teak, nice grain. The front of the handle and the guard form a single-finger groove. The butt of the handle is carved, and the pin holding the 3/4 hidden-tang is stippled bronze like the guard
* Sheath: Kenny Rowe sheath, with a large lizard-skin inlay. It has a clip, instead of a belt loop, so it can be carried inside a (LARGE) front pocket

Price: $800

It's hard to price this one, since David has been making few blades recently, and concentrating on higher-end stuff, but the quality can't be beat for the price, even the sheath would be probably $150 these days.
The condition is almost mint. There is a little of the patina of the guard rubbed shiny towards the blade, from inserting into the sheath a few times.

I'll entertain trades up or down, but I want something fancy, nothing too tactical

Here are some pics, I've got another few of the blade coming in

A new week and a new price $750. I'm also accepting trades, something in the world of fancy folders preferably
