I was desperate for a Paramilitary 2 with a black DLC blade and Digicam scales, I found one on Ebay as a last resort by a user named SSKNIVES, they have a website ( http://www.soonerstateknives.com/aboutus.htm) and are located in Oklahoma, right above my homestate of Texas, anyone have any experience with them,?
I really wanted to buy it on BladeHQ or from the Spyderco website...but I don't see them coming back in stock anytime soon....
The ebay seller I bought it from (purchased yesterday) is ssknives and he has thousands of positive reviews, I'm concerned whether or not I will receive an authentic one, the knife I will recieve is what I plan to bring with me when I get deployed in the Army soon..I'm sure it would stink to find out I have been using a fake all along
 
I bought a knife from them years ago, things went smoothly without a problem. I think hes been around a while, take a look at this....

This one is negative but it's a second hand experience and there are several posters defending SSK. I would think you were ok, also you have some Ebay protection though it's diminishing, paypal offers some and also your credit card company depending on how you paid.

I made a number of purchases from Sooner State Knives back in the late 90s; and was satisfied with every one of them.
 
I have on occasion bought from a guy at dfw gun shows operating a booth under the same name. Some of his boxes are dusty but authentic. Prices between MAP and MSRP.
 
Sooner State Knives is legit. I have a PM2 from them, and the buying experience was top notch. Would buy from them again....

I've bought from them a couple times, Sooner State knives is good to deal with. You could have done much, much worse.

They're good to go in my book.
No need to be worried about them.
 
No problem with them by me. They've got some good new old stock and prices are on the low side of market value. I have gotten Good deals on less popular case/bose knives over the years.
 
The PM2 has arrived and is totally legit. Amazing communication from Kenny, I recommend Sooner State Knives to anyone
 
Kenny is good people, his stuff can be a little overpriced depending on what you're getting but he is extremely professional and takes great care of his customers.
