Well the title says it all. I just got my rucki not even a week ago now and ive been beating the hell out of it, and its been asking for more. So it all started yesterday after I got off work. I had a tree in my front yard that id been wanting to limb up a little bit and the rucki told me to do it so I couldnt disagree. To make a long story short im going to town on a limb, take the limb out, go to sheath my knife and its slips ha (famous last words) and falls 15+ ft right to its tip. Now all that being said ive contacted swamp about my warranty but havent heard back yet but I know they're busy right now. My only question that I had is if anyone here has ever had to actually use their warranty? If so is it another 6-10 week wait to get a replacement knife? Any help is greatly appreciated.Thanks folks, Riley
