I'll hafta share this link with the guys in the Himalayan Imports forum. We had a dozen custom seaxes ordered from the kamis (smiths) in Nepal. We'll see how they do, sa they usually make khukuris, but do make swords as well...

He has been known to make a scabbard or two, and his knotwork carving is very nice.

He seems to favor 1084, but he can also do pattern welding:

This one cost 1300 U.S. For other prices of course you would have to
work out the details with him.
