IF the 62032 is a current production model, and it is still under warranty (they may require original purchaser and proof of purchase) Case might be willing and able to repair it.

I would send them an email asking if they can replace the broken spring.

Aside from the manufacturer, I don't know where or who else to try.

To date, the only backsprings that have broke on me were a couple sub - seven dollars shipped offshore Marbles.
After contacting the manufacturer (SMKW), including pictures in the email, they sent replacement knives, at no cost to me.
They did not want the original knives returned to them.

While I was the original purchaser, the original receipts from Amazon, were long gone. One was ordered from a closed account, so even getting the order number was not possible.

You bought it in that condition?
May I ask why?.I get it that you have your reasons..maybe the scales ?
If Case won't fix it ...maybe try to find another of the same model...Texas Jack? and swap the scales.
Is it worth it? Only you can say.
Sorry to sound negative but hopfully there are equivalents for a workaround.
