Broken URL rewriting

If I type a location of:

http://bladeforums.com/forums

I get redirected to:

http://www.bladeforums.comforums/

Note the missing slash after the domain part. I'm assuming this is a configuration mistake. It makes life a little easier to use the shorter version of the server name so if you could fix this sometime that would be sweet. Thanks.
