Looking for new shop location
Country Village has just recently sold this property to a development company and it will be turned into condos or town homes or whatever.
I have been given 90 days notice and have only until the end of December 2015 to vacate the premises.
Sadly, due to the high cost of commercial property in the area, I may not be able to continue my knife sharpening business for my valued customers and I will miss doing business with all of you that have enjoyed my services this past 20 years.
However I do hope to continue making the Xross Bar Lock series of folding knives and other knives.
If anyone has or knows of a suitable and affordable shop space that I could use, please let me know. 600 to 1500 + square feet?
We are currently looking at multiple areas, both in state and out of state, for a suitable shop out of the high priced commercialism that prevails in Bothell, WA area.
