I want to give thanks and credit to Jason Brous for a couple of things that really impressed me in terms of customer service.
I recently bought a Division Flipper (in acid stonewash) for my dad's birthday, and upon receiving it, I noticed that its action wasn't that "buttery" smoothness seen in the videos of the regular satin version. I emailed Jason and asked what product he recommends to smooth it out, and he got back to me within a day and let me know that he uses Tuf Glide (applies a drop in the detent hole).
Shortly after the purchase of my dad's gift, I had to snag one for myself because I knew that these were not gonna be in stock long at all. When I received mine, I switched the pocket clip over to left-hand carry, and in the process, stripped the screw a little bit (my fault). Not nearly enough for it to be non-functional, but enough for me to just try my luck and see of I could just order a new screw. I emailed Jason and let him know what I needed & that I would pay for the cost of the unit plus shipping. He got back to me the same day, and offered to simply send it over to me free of charge, and sure enough, I got it today in the mail - within 4 days of requesting it.
I would recommend Brous Blades to anyone without hesitation. The product as well as the customer service have been top-notch.
