Brous Blades is Top Notch!!

I recently had a knife returned from Brous Blades for a little work on the detent and centering.
This isn't the first time I've dealt with Jason and Keena.
Each time I have, I've received nothing but the Very Best of customer service,
Don't hesitate to try their products if you haven't already...they're as good as the customer service and that's saying a mouthful!

I'll echo that. Had some work done on one of Mr. Brous' knives, his communication was excellent, super nice guy. It's been a couple of years, but it stuck with me as a great experience :thumbup:

I was just coming here to rave about the awesome service I just received from Jason!!!
Picked up a gorgeous Mini Division off the Exchange bout a month ago. Knife was pristine, but the seller forgot to mention one tiny little fact......the lock stick on the knife was so effing bad you needed a pry bar to un lock it......oooops! Honest mistake I'm sure....ugh.
Went on the Brous web site and gave Live Chat a try. To my surprise Jason got on line with me!! We shot the shit for a few minutes, really cool dude! He told me to send it in and he would carbidize it for me.
Sent it in last Monday and it was in the mail box today!! 7 days, in luring shipping!! He gave the knife a spa treatment, the CF seems super silky now, and carbidized the lock......it is now absolutely perfect!!!
He sent some swag my way also!!
Excellent CS from a really good guy!!
Totally satisfied and LOVE the knife!!!
