I bought this one on a whim and never used it. The sheath, while of excellent fitment (no rattling and a great *click*) caused the original satin finish to scratch really unattractively. So I dipped this one in some ferric chloride to give it a more rugged looking finish. The sheath still causes scratches, but at least it looks more natural now
I resharpened it on my wicked edge after, although at the very heel of the blade I didn't want to fully reprofile the edge so there's a little bit of acid darkening at the bottom of the bevel. It's wickedly sharp.
