Got a Bionic offh E Exchange that wouldn't flip. E mailed Brous and was told to send it in. 3 weeks later requested an update. A week later Keena let me know I would be getting a new generation 2.....she also let me know the delay in replying was due to the arrival of a little Brous!! Perfect baby girl!!
I'll let the delay pass!!

I had a great experience with Brous customer service as well. Keena was first class all the way!

She took a week to get back to me because she was delivering her baby......and apologized!!!
Was always a Brous fan......after this experience you can call me a fan boy.....gladly!
Customer Service is a HUGE factor when I'm looking to buy and I was very impressed with the way Keena handled my issue. So good to see this service from a small company.

I 2nd the sentiment. Had a great experience with Keena and some pivot repair work needed on a Mini Division. They kept in touch with me during their family vacation time! They also sent it back with a nice (unrequested) sharpening job. They couldn't have been nicer and more generous with their time, effort and professionalism. Thanks again (and congratulations!) to Keena and Jason.
 
Wish I could say the same. I had a sniper that had some issues with the frame lock so I sent it back for some tweaking on the 29th of April. It's now the 21st of May. She said they were on vacation and had it forwarded and it kind of got lost drifting around CA for a while, but now tracking says it's in their P.O. Box since the 16th and I still haven't gotten any confirmation they actually have it. It's been 3 weeks since I mailed it and all I want is a "Yeah, it's here", but still no word. I realize they're a small operation, but peace of mind and a three word email isn't too much to ask. I guess I was expecting something like Josh at Razors Edge who was great.

Update: got a note Monday it was on it's way back. Got it yesterday the 27th and it's perfect. Flips great, locks up great, absolutely no complaints. Maybe they're just very busy, but I'd certainly trust them if anything else needs to get done. Thanks for the repair and quick turnaround!
