I bought a Silent Solider Flipper on the Exchange here that had no lockup. For some reason the lock bar did not travel over far enough to engage the blade tang. The seller disclosed the issue and priced it accordingly. It didn’t appear to have been abused, modified, or disassembled so I sent it to Brous. He received it on a Monday and had it back in my hands that Friday repaired. That included shipping from CA to VA.

I’ve used warranty services from a few brands but I thought this was worth calling out.

Other experiences:
  • Benchmade = Excellent
  • Chris Reeve = Very Good
  • Emerson = Very Good
  • Spyderco = Ok

Same here Photodude.
Bought a Mini Div off the Exchange that the seller ‘forgot’ to mention the horrendous lock stick. Ugh.
Chatted with Jason on the web site, very cool dude.
Had it back in a few days and it’s been perfect since!

I also had a very good experience with them due to some issues on a b3 I purchased. The bearings came shot from the factory (or knifecenter) and they had no problems with replacing them and giving it a once over. I opted to just return it to KnifeCenter, but they very helpful and more than willing to make it right. Also good communication.
