Last one left from the initial run of M390 Super slicers, this Canvas handle blade was actaully a my prototype and only 3 were made!
SPECS:
Bohler M390
8.5" Overall length
4.5" Cutting edge
Blade thickness is .110", bevel is .007" just behind the edge
Full Height Flat grind
Tumbled High Polish on the blade
Natural Brown Canvas Micarta
Scales have been buffed out to high polish
Great feel in the hand
Price is $SPF
The M390 is holding a really nice edge, very sharp blades
I have added one of the really nice maroon pics, but the knife for sale here is the canvas. They are identical minus the micarta color :)

I've cut up a few steaks and such with my set so far, and these knives slice so effortlessly, they make the meat seem even more tender. great feel in the hand, and perfect sizing. That little turn down at the rear gives the pinkie just the right rest for that extra touch of control and leverage. Excellent design, materials and execution. Well done, Sir, and Happy All Hallows to all!
