All,

Offered here is one of Bruce Bump's mastersmith test knives. It is a dagger (but it is not "the" MS dagger), which I think can be adequately described as a cowboy dagger.

Because this is one of the knives on the base of which Bruce got his MS certificate, you know that the F&F is impeccable. Bruce is well known for his hi-precision knife / gun combos.

If you go to Bruce's MS test webpage, you will see the picture below that represents his 5 MS knives. This one is the one in the middle:

I bought this piece directly from Bruce's table at the Blade Show in 2003. It is in perfect condition. The scales (homemade jigged stag) have not moved one iota. The handle is a full tang construction, with the tang tappering gracefully & regularly. The guard is made of this high grade of nickel silver which is pretty rare these days. It has not yellowed in any way. The blade is 8.25" and the OA length is 12.5".

I will take it for 50 dollars. Heck I will even pay for shipping. That was a hell of big price drop. But hey its yours to sell. :eek:

I assume this is a mistake and you will fix it shortly? :)

Hi Joss. If you can wait until Bladeshow West I would be happy to set it out on my table for sale. Dont drop the price anymore though. $700 is a bargain. BTW the handle is jigged stag and the tang is full (not framed)
