Other: French Grey blueing 14kt gold wrapped/nickel pins. Mosaic lathe turned cross guard & pommel. Hollow ground on a 3" wheel with flat grind on the tip. Replaceable Grip. French Grey blueing on the steel including the sheath throat & tip.

I think it is a standout piece by Bruce as well... I have followed his knife making career for a good period of time now, and he continues to push his creativity and skill levels... That is what "artistic" people do, and it doesn't come easy... In any medium....

Bruce, you should be very proud, and take in all the positive comments that are going to come from both collectors and your fellow makers regarding this piece..... Best Regards, Rich Slaughter

Yes, 'Functional Art' in the highest degree. Bruce that Dagger could earn you another MS rating ;)
 
That dagger is as good as it gets and is something any collector would be extremely proud to own. Wonderful job done by both Bruce and Caleb.
 
Wowee, that's crazy! There is so much to look at there, off the cuff my favorite three things are the blade steel, the crossbar-pressed-through looking damascus guard, and the repeated floral motif, especially on the ricasso. Very Tasty.
