BB if you chime in here, how did that 1095 work out for you?
again VERY nice  :)

Thats awesome. Is that another .33 ( one OO buck pellet ?) I like the bead sight on the front, and the underhammer. Is it hard to keep the caps from falling off?
I may have to try an steal some of your thunder. I'm building a great plains rifle, and you've got me thinking a folding saber would just the thing to finish it off with (insert big evil grin here) ;)

Thanks Guys!!

Matt, Go for it. If you like knife making you will love gun/knife making.

Dan, Yes the 1095 worked out really good. The trigger guard/hammer spring and the blade lock return spring is yours. Thanks much! I heated them in hot salt and oil quenched and tempered them at 700deg to get 49 rc hardness. Very springy and tough.

3000 layers of 1084/15n20/pure nickel for the blade and all three bolsters.
