By purchasing a set of Bruckmann knives on eBay, I've accidentally ended up with a duplicate of a pattern and material I already own.
The knife is unused; with the original factory edge; no scuffs, scratches, or rust. The main blade has a bit of side-to-side play. All of the blades have good 'snap'. It was probably one of the "warehouse finds" from the 1970s - 1980s. In fact, this particular pattern was available from AG Russell in the early 90s.
The handle material is a pearl-colored celluloid. Brass rivets and brass liners. Bruckmann bridge logo on both blades.
The knife is 3-1/4" closed. Large blade is 2-3/8". Small blade is 1-3/8".
Anyone want to trade? I'd prefer another Bruckmann, but will entertain other offers.
Bruckmann went out of business in the 1950s, but I've read that they made no knives after WWII.
