Brush off the blade letters. Anyone ?

I sanded the "Military" off my newer Millie's blade, then refinished it by using increasingly fine grits of sandpaper. Getting the letters off took forever and refinishing the blade to the point where it looked good took several more hours.

Having an experienced knifemaker remove the letters with a belt grinder and then refinish the blade, or seeing if Spyderco will do it, would definitely be worth the money.
