And the brute looks awesome. I think I saw something like that in a recent interview with Mr. Becker regarding the new line.

Apparently the Brute is impervious to patinas, I've tried 3 different ones so far with results somewhere between crap and wtf happened. Have to sand it again tomorrow then maybe go find a container, bleach and some gun bluing.

apparently not, I think i'm going to polish on it some more, slap micarta on it and work on the sheath. I did the 5 and 1 at the same time, the 5 came out great, the Brute laughed at my pitiful patina attempt.
