This is a user and has been resharpened. It flips nicely but does have some slight up and down and side to side play. I believe that the side to side could be adjusted out if you have a spanner tool and the up and down is the just the lock bar flexing, but I want to disclose everything in my sales. I have never taken the knife apart and if you purchase the knife, and expect to return it, you must not have taken apart the knife or adjusted it in any way.
