Whether you are just starting out or are an old pro:), this grinding jig will produce better grinds, faster and with more freehand control than anything you have ever tried.

If you would like to see them in operation, look here:

The Bubble jig, by itself, with a set of degree wedges and a basic instruction sheet is $40.00 plus shipping.

The complete grinding system, which includes the Bubble Jig, degree wedges, bevel grinding clamp, allen wrenchs and a basic instruction sheet, is $75.00 plus shipping.

The bevel clamp, made from machine ground 01, is hardened along the griping fingers [60 HRC] to ride along the belt edge, the loop end has been left normalized for full, spring temper, flexibility. It will grip steel stock from under an 1/8 inch to over a 1/4 inch securely.

We are building a one hp dc horizontal variable speed/reversible disc grinder to do some sharpening projects using the Bubble Jig.
Its a great grinder set up. Any thing from small shears to brush hog blades can be sharpened using this set up.
We are putting together a video to demonstrate the ease of sharpening edged tools using this set up.

We should have both the machine and the video finished by the first of April.

Please check it out when its posted on line. I think you will be surprised.

Regards, Fred

Posted pics on a dead thread by accident, ooops, not sure if you saw these pics Fred.

Thanks to you and your jig I've been grinding some blades. I have a couple with active duty guys, grinding one today for a friend off to Afghanistan on his third tour. He doesn't know it yet but I'm not charging him anything for it, he'll be surprised.

Thanks to you my grinding has come a long way. I am now able to use the jig to establish the flat and just check myself from time to time. Gotta say it's a great tool!!!
