Can anyone tell me what year it was when buck added the finger grooved buck 110 to the stock production line.?

Finger grooves were added with the eight version, variation two, in 1982-83. Check the link in Joe Houser's post in the revised 110/112 data sticky at the top of the Buck Forum page.
