I would like Navy Blue, but must say that first blue that was photoshopped looked pretty good! Besides a lite blue can always be dyed a dark blue.

I'm looking forward to pre-ordering whichever color is decided, but if the winner is blue/stonewash SK could call it the "Wrangler" (after the company that makes stonewashed blue jeans ). I know Buck named the 307 the "Wrangler" back in the 70's, but are not likely to bring that back. And besides, SK has not been averse to reusing Buck's names; e.g. their latest Vantage Pro "Maverick". The 704 laid claim to that name long ago... and more recently the 877 used the "Maverik" spelling variation.

I was going to wait for a 112LT but if it's a darker blue and drop point I will join the club and preorder !! All the 112's in super steels I own never see any real use and the few Bucks other than 112's in any super steel I've given away to family and friends over the years..Because of the timeless design of the 110,light weight ,drop point and super steel this will be a perfect EDC for me. And since this one, like other SK models, will be limited to a fairly low number made it will hold it's value and possibly increase..

The way I see it SK Blades needs to do an OD Green for the old Soldiers and Marines, Tan for the young Soldiers and Marines, Navy Blue for the Sailors and Coasties, and a medium blue for the Airmen. That ought to give us plenty of choices. Then with hunting season coming in the fall, make up another run with bright color, like orange or blaze orange for the hunting trails. Many more polls to look forward to gents! OH

The frame is a solid color nylon, I wouldn't think you would be able to dye it because it's non absorbant.

I used common black RIT dye from the grocery store. If you are interested, I described my process in the Smoke Jumper tread. If I can do it...ANYBODY can!!

Green Micarta is probably my favorite handle material but, in FRN I prefer blue or black. . Weird, right?
